Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to know exactly what I want before starting coaching?
Not at all. Many clients come to coaching feeling unclear, stuck, or unsure of what's next. That's a perfectly valid place to begin. Clarity often emerges through the coaching process, not before.
Is coaching the same as therapy?
Coaching is different from therapy. Coaching focuses on the present and future - supporting you in gaining self-awareness, building confidence, and creating meaningful change. While coaching can feel deeply healing, it is not a replacement for mental health therapy.
What if I feel nervous or uncomfortable opening up?
That's very normal. Our work unfolds at your pace. You are always in control of what you share, and my role is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where trust can develop naturally over time.
How do sessions work?
All sessions are held online, making them accessible from anywhere. Sessions are one-on-one and typically last 50 minutes. We meet regularly to support consistency, reflection, and growth.
Who is coaching for?
My coaching is especially supportive for people in life transitions, recovery - people who feel disconnected from themselves, ready for change, or seeking clarity and confidence moving forward.
What if I don't know if coaching is right for me?
That's exactly why I offer a free discovery call. It's a relaxed, pressure-free conversation to see if we're a good fit and to answer any questions you may have.
